The ideal candidate will help with deck and fence maintenance, pressure washing, and epoxy floor coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial areas. Have some basic skills and still be teachable and open to new ways of doing things, will be secure enough to receive constructive critique, mature, sober, dependable and presentable. No experience necessary, we will train but some experience is a plus. We keep crews busy all year long. We have positions ready to go, and we can get you working right away. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 45-50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction and painting trades. Flexible with all employees and work together like a family.
