Developing and pursuing new leads in a consistent and timely manner. Maintaining the progress of all leads until won or lost. Effectively communicating with clients, prospects, general manager and owners. Meeting minimum sales quotas for annual revenue expectations. Construction estimating experience is a plus. In this position you will devote most of your time developing & maintaining relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for some one who wants to be trained in sales techniques correctly as well as the construction industry and estimating.
